Chelsea Ganeff, RMT, is a graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She was born in Richmond BC and has lived and worked in Steveston for the majority of her life. Chelsea is also a marketing graduate from BCIT, a former rep softball player for 10 years with the Richmond Islanders, a volleyball and softball coach for 3 years and a committee member and volunteer for 4 years for the Night of Hope which is a breast cancer awareness event and fundraiser. It was during her travels through India and South East Asia that she discovered the art of massage and appreciated its holistic approach to healing. Chelsea was an intern massage therapist for the UBC Track and Field team and has worked at various marathon events in BC. In addition to her experience with athletes, she has worked with individuals suffering from spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, high risk pregnancy, HIV, ALS, depression, anxiety disorder, insomnia, chronic pain and migraines. Chelsea’s treatments consist of medium to deep Swedish massage techniques, myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular stretching, joint mobilizations and trigger point therapy.
